Musk could donate $100 million to Reform

Twitter/X has a UK Ltd company, which can legally donate money to UK political parties.

Musk has pretty much unlimited funds, he handed out $10 million like candy to people who signed his petition last month.
And Musk openly admits he has plans to save Britain, by helping elect a Reform government in 2029

Given that Reform is a company and not a political party, I assume they'd have to pay Corp Tax on it?

On the one hand I'd instantly vote for any party that nukes IR35 and IHT.

On the other hand Reform ain't it.

Pesky British voters may not like that sort of thing

By 2029, Labour will have destroyed economic growth just like the Tories did, probably by even more by the looks of things, while Musk and Trump will have record growth in the US.

By 2029 British voters will be begging Elon for help.

                BOFP calculation:
                47,000,000 total voters (approx)
                BUF got 4,013,000 votes (approx)

If Elon tries to bribe the rest of us, that's only $2.33 each.

It's going to take significantly more than that for anyone with a brain, a sense of morals and a desire for a better society to switch to the grifters.

As for the graph posted by Mr Goebbels above, it shows how well the US economy did under Biden, compared to how badly the UK did under Johnson, Truss and Sunak.
That might make anyone think twice before posting it as evidence that facism is good for the economy.

It seems plenty will vote for reform now

Currently they are third party by votes. Maybe by next election so many of New Liars 2.0 will have been found out?

Trump was 2017 -2021 so the start of that climb was on Donnie's watch. The shorter blip was him. Maybe joe was too busy niffing hair to crash the economy or maybe he isn't as good a non economist as our Rachel?

They are great at media, but don’t bother doing their elected job as it doesn’t pay enough or give them enough publicity.

National Farage bought a farm to reduce inheritance tax, he switched from hating UK farmers (he used to campaign that being in the EU meant we couldn’t buy cheaper meat from abroad)
The other person of influence in the company was busy on twitter talking about how only reform were interested in the British fishing industry - he was tweeting it at the time that parliament were debating it, but no one from their company thought it was worth while turning up.

Surely the level of intelligence and civility in the UK has not dropped so much that people can no longer see through the thin veneer.
