Eesh. I heard about the first text, which I think wasn't conclusive. People say sorry for many reasons, sometimes when its not warranted. The rest of the texts seems like hes banged to rights.Originally posted by NotAllThere View Post
Have you read the text messages?

It's not a good look, is it?Comment

Those text messages refer to an alleged US incident.Originally posted by woody1 View PostI'd be amazed if he ain't bricking himself.
Google says in the US not using a condom when you tell a consenting partner that you will is not considered illegal in most states.
I did read something about laws being introduced in the last few years in some states, but doubt there was anything around 15 years ago.
I think the law is different here in the UK.Comment

What are you reading? The lack of condom is a secondary matter to the actual rape.Originally posted by Fraidycat View Post

He has to be. He's suddently realised that his version of the right/normal way to treat a woman falls way below anyone elses standards and in fact the law so he's got to know he's royally f'd. Even if there is a chance it is all hearsay and nothing is ever proved he's been outted for what he is which will be enough for the end of his career and make it very uncomfortable for him to be even out in public.Originally posted by woody1 View Post

It's a bit like Marilyn Manson. He might have just been doing what he thought was right in whatever circle he lives in but turns out he's just a depraved individual and no one likes him.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

He has been trending alt right/conspiracy theory for last few years. He will be fine. Short of criminal conviction and prison, he will be fine grifting a living.Originally posted by northernladuk View Post

I am referring to the text message above. It is ambiguous, is she saying 'no sex at all', or 'no sex unless he used a condom'?Originally posted by JustKeepSwimming View Post

In the UK the ambiguity would be irrelevant since both cases would be considered rape, but the law in the US is different.Comment

The whole 'do you know how scary you are when your eyes glaze over' doesn't fit with someone have consensual sex and then finding out he took the condom off half way through.
They previously had sex, she was asked condom or no condom, she made it clear always condom.
Then this incident happened and he raped her, as a separate matter he also didn't use a condom.

Her allegation is that he raped her up against a wall that day, the text messages make no mention of that. Why did she not write "You bastard you raped me up against the wall today".Originally posted by JustKeepSwimming View PostThe whole 'do you know how scary you are when your eyes glaze over' doesn't fit with someone have consensual sex
Instead she ends the message with 'I'm so disappointed'.
Brands version could be, the sex was consensual on him using a condom, 'but i was scumbag and i didn't put one on'. And i apologised after for being so selfish. The text messages would not contradict his version of events.Comment
