Wouldn't suggest a 350z. The biggest boast they have is that you can fit a golf bag in the boot but only certain sized bags and it's sculpted to fit so a bit of a cheat.

LM hits a good point with the Skodas but I'd be going for the Octavia VRs not the fabia. But then you are in estate territory which isn't what you want. I wouldn't discount it though, fun car, good prices and very practical.

Octavia VRs estate might be a good shout with a dog.

Looking at some pics, the tailgate seems a lot lower than the TT and there's a big plastic moulding behind the back seats (don't know if this is removable). The 370Z looks better in this respect.

Anyway, probably more Chihuahua than Labrador.

I stand corrected but I had the convertible and it was just one. And agree about the dog. Better cars around for that.

The big plastic moulding houses a hefty support brace, so I suspect it isn't all that removable.

From what we have now learned, Fiesta ST (or did i mention that?) or Polo GTi ( or be properly stylishly retro and get a mk1 Golf GTi which is almost identical...), failing that there are some fun Seat and Renault small hatches

I did have the Seat Ibiza FR for a while, that was fun. Although I'd probably go for the Leon now I'm getting on a bit.

I had one of them. 205 GTI was the one I aspired to but never got round to owning.

I loved my Seicento. Great in the snow. Felt like you were doing 90 when travelling at 45. Lovely little car.

Apart from the rust. Who knew changing sumps & petrol tanks was a thing?
