This was the Council's ruling on the unauthorised septic tank:
"The installation of a septic tank technically requires planning permission due to the engineering operations however given that the toilet it facilitates is for use as a rest room for hygiene and convenience reasons when away from the main property it is not considered that this is harmful in planning terms."Scoots still says that Apr 2020 didn't mark the start of a new stock bull market.Comment

Planning permission is not normally needed for existing buildings that are run as a farm shop and only sell unprocessed produce produced on the farm where the farm shop is situated.
