I'm actually just trying to make people think, rather than simply parroting the left wing press, and taking the opposite view is the way to do it. Which is what the other ide of the argument are also doing. It's getting boring now, and clearly reasoned discourse is not an option, the climenoles are running the show i this and similar threads.

Particularly during Covid one might accuse them of being a government mouthpiece BUT one might well argue the press has an ethical responsibility to promote things like war-efforts, vaccination programs, etc so I think we can consider that a special case.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

I suspect that some like the BBC have it in their charter/license that they have to be government mouthpieces during national emergencies. Even those that weren't had to comply by OFCOM standards - https://www.ofcom.org.uk/tv-radio-an...nd-coronavirus
In addition the streaming companies and telecoms companies were requested by governments and supra-national organisations to help."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Since the Torygraph, Wail and Express aren't running the story yet, here's the nearest I could find in the Hull Daily Mail (Definitely not "main Stream")
https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/news...tement-6563163
The Met have asked Sue Gray to remove all the bits from her report that might be about the things she was supposed to investigate.
It's in Sky, BBC, Independent, LES, Mirror, S*n, but not yet in the 3 MSM named in the first sentence.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment
