to me it sounds as if they do not respect themselves enough. what is the point of making a good living if you compromise on the most important part.
That pork pie is most certainly not what your ancestors were eating. The gooey substance in the pie only has a small percentage of meat. Additives for taste and preservatives that will do you no good. No vitamins, only caloric value.
That is how you get vitamin deficiencies, mood swings and predisposition to a wide range of conditions. We are what we eat.
it is only for the previous 20-25 years that we've had ultra-processed foods brought in to our diets so in terms of effects I am not quite sure they are fully understood yet.
and if anyone dares to put any studies out I think will get litigated to the ground although it is probably common knowledge in other cultures that food - as in good quality food - is essential...Last edited by GigiBronz; 21 June 2021, 14:10.Comment

I am not interested in going to US on H1B visa either.
Food has been always a bit difficult but London is a lot better than other parts of the country.
People tend to be a bit more open minded, mostly immigrants so... yeah, London is not England in my opinion.
Think I would rather leave the country as well if I would be forced by circumstances to move outside London.

GOT is not much around these days, I am sure he would agree with me on this one.

You will have to live a very frugal life (not in line with the work expectations an the lifestyle a 100k role implies) but still won't be able to save a deposit for 1bed in capital or even decent place outside.

Im not as down because i have nearly paid my mortgage off. So my housing expenses wont be so bad soon.
However some one younger on 100K a year, that wont get them very far unless they have been living in their childhood bedroom until they were 35 and weren't pissing previous years earnings away. Were saving and investing at least half of it instead of paying that half to a landlord and having no savings.Last edited by Fraidycat; 21 June 2021, 15:12.Comment

So don't go to London. Surely this is just market forces at work, either rates pick up or prices come down, or the jobs move out of London.
That said, rental rates in London have been falling thanks to Covid - possibly sale prices too though I haven't checked.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment
