- You watch Countryfile for the weather forecast at the end - no
- You ask for 'milk and two sugars' in your tea - no, just milk
- You still have a DVD collection - yes, but mainly bluray
- You ask for a 'Rachel Cut' at the hairdressers - say whut?
- You say 'funky' - no
- You still send cheques for people's birthdays - no
- You call trainers 'sneakers' - no
- You make noises when you sit down - yes. And stand up. And move around...
- You wear comfortable shoes - yes
- You do not recognise any Love Island contestants - yes
- You struggle to work your TV remote - no
- You plan a second route on a car journey just in case - no
- You become obsessed with bin day - no
- You move from BBC Radio 1 to Radio 2 - no (don't listen to either)

- You turn the music down when you park the car - yes, usually
- You have never posted a video to social media - only to family
- You do not know what a Youtuber is - no
- You use hashtags incorrectly - #metoo
- You are still on Facebook - yes
- You worry about not being able to find a parking space - yes
- You ask for your steak well done - never, no, no way no how. Properly cooked on the outside, raw in the middle. It has no taste otherwise
