It's about the time the first year uni students start dropping out because they can't hack it so should be plenty to offer in your place at least.

Why on earth would you sign a contract with this clause?

I can't afford to be in bench anymore, that's why thought about - Join which ever role starts first takes you to your office desk. It appears at the moment it will be Offer-2 will start earlier. So if SC delayed I can tell them I will join in few months later...

Normally I check contracts line by line. I was so happy with Offer-1 at that time after many month's bench, so blindly signed it. Never thought to be in a sitn like this.

            It doesn't work like that.
Your sponsor (the client presumably) will tell you if you have got SC.
It smells weird though. 2 weeks is optimistic.

How big was the form you filled in?
What sort of detail did it ask about your family?
            What ID did you provide?

Do you get them professionally reviewed?

I would have got a competent reviewer to look at the contract and put a notice clause in. That way if your grandmother or step-grandmother dies you can leave.
