Yes, and BMW have a couple like that as well. Next lot will probably have a cradle for an iPad/Galaxy and special (read expensive) software that will integrate it with your car for GPS, radio, etc.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore -

That's already done in CarPlay (for iOS) and doesn't need a cradle.Originally posted by WTFH View PostYes, and BMW have a couple like that as well. Never had a new car and wouldn't get one now... most stuff built since the 90's has pretty much been c##p, too much tech and driver aids.
Hence my current daily hack is a 1999 Legacy estate (last of the 2nd gen). Looking around for another decent one to park up till this one dies, at which point it'll become a spares car for the next one.
Weekend fun provided by a proper (Mk1) MX5.
Couple of 70's and 80's classics in the garage for fun.
Modern cars...

That would be me. Daily driver is Jag X-Type 2.5. Cost less than £1000 couple of years ago and after 40K miles worth a lot less now. However if you're in your poverty spec diesel, no matter how new, impeding my progress please remember your lane discipline.Comment
