For those in the tl;dr crew, it's GSK investing in dear old Blighty due to our skilled workforce, leading position in life sciences and generally being an attractive location despite Brexit.
This statement from a guy who was pro-Remain.

Most UK GDP is "Imputed Rent", which is simply a measure of house prices.
House prices fall and GDP will be going down.
