That's a 10% depo on a studio flat in London. Go to UK and get another loan. Buy as residential. Rent it to a friend. Sell in three years. By then the pound will have bounced because sterling interest rates will have gone up. Euro interest rates cannot go up, due to Greece and Italy. Then sell your property, buy euros for sterling.
