Farage has stepped down as leader of UKIP, he's staying on as an MEP to ensure there is no 'backsliding'.

or he achieved what he promised but as so few voted UKIP in as MPs, the Bremainers & EU keep abusing him and the Government don't want to use him he probably though feck it I'm off to the pub.

Can't blame him really. If they try to bury the decision expect him to come back.

Nah, he's got a plan. I mean here he is at the weekend with Murdoch and Lebedev (and Laim Fox was there. Coinicidence?

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

          Garage resigns as UKIP leader

Is this a permanent step down, or will he "unresign" in a few days?

Maybe he's joining Boris in demanding that they be told the positives of leaving...

No, hold on, they were the guys who supposedly knew all the positives, how can they now be asking others to tell them?

So you think that those other MEPs don't get paid the same? Or are you saying he should not ask for payment? Actually what are you trying to say?

Maybe they want the government to lead in this time of uncertainty?

Maybe they already know the positives but are hoping the Government are going to spend some money reassuring a nervous nation?

                  Nice Union Jack shoes.

Though it's saying something when Murdoch is the best dressed. "Money can't buy class"
Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.

I'm saying that it does seem a little odd that he has claimed victory and resigned from the UK party that could still have an influence in determining our future Sovereignty, saying he has achieved everything he set out to do, but has chosen not to resign from the post with the institution he has campaigned to get rid of.

He goes on about not being a career politician, but has been an MEP for 15 years. He's resigned from his role in UKIP which is largely unpaid but is hanging onto his MEP job in an institution he says we shouldn't be part of, and in which he has done very little work while getting paid, by his own claims, £250,000 a year.

One could be reasonably justified in questioning his motives, and principles.

Look, he is just getting a refund from EU on behalf of UK taxpayers, got it?
