Walk nearly 3 hours a day and you only lose 20lb - just shows how hard it is to lose weight!

still been drinking alcohol though , so knocked that on the head a week ago and lost 3lbs this week.

i did a 16 mile walk a month back but was fooked after that.

No, it is hard to lose weight with only exercise without changing one's diet.

unemployed, truly from chunk to hunk .

Booze is very much a factor, but if you are getting that sort of exercise and have improved the diet, the weight will come off and you will get more toned.

I have gone up a pound, since returning from the Philippines because I'm not swimming every day, eating fish etc. but was still drinking at the time.

Ah, yes alcohol is not going to help.

I went from 16st4 to 13st8 by switching my lunch from the sandwich van to a graze box, dropping junk food (well most of it) and doing the Insanity program. It got to the point where I needed to put weight back on again because I was not able to fight at that weight.

The main problem was that it was uncomfortable. Insanity is a horrible program and I felt a low level of hunger a lot of the time.

alcohol is the answer, not the problem.

                Oh, sorry, wrong thread.

Yes, cut back on the booze and the lbs drop off.

I go cycling a lot during the summer. Do ******* all during the winter. My weight stays the same all year round. It's clearly not as simple as in vs out.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Of course it is. Vote remain or you'll get morbidly obese.

from hunk to chunk and slowly going back to hunk .

Although the ladies still take interest even being a chunk

easier to hide the weight at 6ft 3 i guess
