HTHI'm not even an atheist so much as I am an antitheist; I not only maintain that all religions are versions of the same untruth, but I hold that the influence of churches, and the effect of religious belief, is positively harmful. [Christopher Hitchens]Comment

So it was me.
We had a remote session this morning. Another consultant went through the install and it worked perfectly. He did exactly what I did except one thing. He ran the ODAC from the command line, using install.bat rather than using the GUI based setup.exe. This was the only difference. And it worked.
I feel so stupid.
