I don't believe it will go full-circle as in companies returning to a era of employing large numbers of technical staff in-house. It is coming full circle, there is a reason the Indians are trying to flood the UK right now. They all can't get into the US anymore, in addition if you think we hate them, they really hate them in the USA. I did a gig out there a few years back with a couple of Indians on the team, not welcome at all.
My prediction is that within 5 - 10 years we will see significant layoffs among the offshore service providers such as Wipro/Infosys/TCS/Cognizant.Comment
