For training take a look at BCS certification.

Here is your free BA training:
1. Ask for specification from client
2. Start to rework specification into new document with the same text but different layout. Add nonsensical or pointless diagrams. Leave out sections at random.
3. Save it to Sharepoint
4. Once devs have started work, randomly add and remove paragraphs from the document, changing it completely, and save it again to Sharepoint.
5. Blame devs when it all goes wrong and client complains
6. Move to next gigComment
