The title of the website is "ContractorUK" not "ContractorEurope".

It's a UK cultural thing - you can interpret what he's said in two ways.

Who says it has to be fair? Where is that written?

Life is pain. Anyone who says differently is selling something.

            Affects both contractors and permies.
It's back again only this time longer (Friday 15th December 2017 to Monday 8th January 2018) and with 6 weeks less advance notice. These guys must be really broke!

Sod it, I'll start a new thread - too much baggage in this one.

Don't take this the wrong way but it sounds about right.

The week of Dec 18th people will be winding down, the week of Jan 1st schools are still off and half the people won't be around.

The lack of notice isn't great however although that could be project related....

Jesus wept, do you intend starting a new thread every Christmas?
