I wouldn't delete linkedin but previous connections can turn sour over the years.

One guy who I had to delete a connection with in the past week kept reposting photos of dead children in Gaza.

Sorry I had to even type that but I can't even talk to my wife about it, or, even post about it on linkedin, it's that appalling.

There's another dude who I had to place on silent mode but, not delete who keeps reposting sales dudes trying to pitch AI sales scripts.

Re: Poland and India, there is a well known Indian outsourcer that is running an Indian to Poland migration visa programme for very specific IT skillets. make of that what you will , given, record migration levels into Poland as it is.

Likewise. Plus a series of theses on why Israeli women aren't real women due to their military training, "River to the sea" and other strange things.
This was a guy with whom I had a close professional relationship.
As a side benefit, Linkedin kept ramming me with the releated toxic crap his freaky echo-chamber buddies kept churning out, thinking I was interested.

      I deleted the connection.
      Then complained to Linkedin.

They sent me an email saying my ex-colleague was fine, and basically I shouldn't be such a snowflake.

If you are under 29 the unemployment rate in India is around 19% but in urban areas its higher.

If you are under 30 and in IT in India, a job in Poland, getting EU residency might be very appealing.

Use the mobile website, not the app. The app is microsoft bloatware and kills your phone battery. Mobile website does everything you need.

I found it, outside ir35, fully remote and decent rate.

Look at the guys name on jobserve usually a dropdown with phone number.

"Please do not call regarding Adverts"

                WTF?

I did eventually find his email address and sent off my CV but sweet jesus and the orphans do they actually want people to apply?

I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.

                      https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cg754negn75o

Just done a tech interview today. 60mins. All my answers were on-point, one-time. Precision answers, across multiple technogies including C#, Java, Kafka Angular, React and SQL.

It was so good, it was almost like banging a rap tune from 2pac.

The interviewer was also nodding his head with positive affirmations throughout.

I am going to take this as an indication that it will go nowhere. I have had far too many positive interviews that turn into dust.

Also, whilst cycling today, I was listening to High Performance Podcast. They had all the F1 teams at downing Street and the prime minister speaking about the investments and talent the UK have when it comes to tech.

There were further clues of advertising suggesting that UK was the place to be, should you want education, talent and a access to engineering quality.

Reading between the lines, it seemed like it was a global pitch to business to come and start your venture here. We have everything in the UK. Except for good weather!

So perhaps this is the new drive? Who knows? Anyway enjoy the weekend.
