I know a guy who works for an animal pharma company in sales. He travels around the world a couple of times a year. He says that the US farmers honestly believe that their products are "The best in the world". They're really not.

Anyway, for the record, the Netherlands is by far the largest export to the UK for poultry.

The problem isn't chlorined chicken, the problem is that those who do it refuse to allow clear labels that would call chlorined chicken what it is - chlorined chicken.
