As for Heseltine - nobody listens to him any more, he's even more deranged than Clarke.
Then why did she say that today?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Because you have to explain things to the hard of thinking?

She’s explained for the last 2 years, but still all she does is repeat herself with “it’s time to start negotiating”

No, the time to start was 24th June 2016, but she’s had to explain to the hard of thinking that she’s done nothing yet to move the process forward, apart from letting the hardcore brexiters (JRM, etc) accuse people of being “elite”, or just saying no to any suggestion put forward by the EU.

To the hard of thinking: The UK negotiators don’t know what they should be negotiating. The hardcore Brexiters are not interested in the truth, only in whipping up support for their lies. Repeating platitudes but having no substance may work on Simon Cowell TV shows, but unless Brexit Britain is going to be a reality TV show, then it’s not intelligent, it’s not beneficial to anyone and it doesn’t make Britain look good.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

They may well do. They aren't going to get it though. Which is why 90% of the Remainer arguments are ultimately futile; they should be concentrating on driving the best outcome from where we are, not where they would like us to be.

This is where the !eave voter constantly fails. You voted out, as you keep saying there are more of you, so you should get off your lazy arises and drive the best outcome from our current dire situation. We already know staying in Europe is the best outcome so if you would prefer us to get the best deal for the UK then fine, but that means we stay .

You go first. You voted out for something better. So, why not define better, or if you can then define the brexit that 17m people supposedly voted for. No, didn't think you could.

Hopeless, isn't it. Any attempt to connect the remain faction to reality is doomed to fail, since they simply aren't listening and persist in their pathetic fantasy that the whole exercise can be reversed.

Let's face it, you have no idea how to move forward, so will stick to demanding that someone does it for you since you are bereft of any ideas of your own. As long, of course, that you get the outcome YOU want.

It won't happen: live with it and grow up.
