What can we expect to achieve at the tax courts?

What defence can we use and, do they have the power to cancel the collection of the tax?

Does proving that HMRC misled government and that they knew about (and did nothing for 7 years) the scheme constitute reason for the courts to dismiss the collection of tax?

Whilst that scenario would be beyond our wildest dreams, I suspect that it won't be as easy as that...

As far as I know, the tax courts will only interpret the law (S58) as it stands.

One of the grounds cited on our appeals was that S58 doesn't apply but I don't know the ins and outs of this.

I guess we'll find out nearer the time whenever that is.

The point is that the state now provides an "indoctrinated" education along communist lines, where our children will chant HMRC mantras and have their personalities moulded to be an indentikit "good citizen".

The children who are privileged enough to go to private school will receive none of this nonsense and be provided a top class education.

I am thinking that it might be impossible to collect the tax off 3000 people if we all have individual appeals to the tax tribunal - lets hope.
