How very odd. So they dont mention what happens to those who did not put money aside but they say no-one will be made bankrupt... ahh so they are not saying no one will be made bankrupt but they are saying it wont be as a consequence of s58, it is because they didnt save ?? Another crappy attempt at a swerve...Originally posted by DonkeyRhubarb View Post
It would be as a direct consequence of S58 ! Something legal, made illegal

Interesting phrasing: 'their version'. Implies that they accept that the schemes were not in fact identical as they have previously tried to pass off. I wonder where this leaves the poor guy who they did make bankrupt.Originally posted by DonkeyRhubarb View PostSuo Motu was 148. We don't know who the other 60-odd are.
Actually, re-reading that, I think there's a more sinister spin. I think what they are saying is that it isn't S58 that has bankrupted us, it's Padmore. S58 just clarified that we would be bankrupted.Last edited by OnYourBikeGB; 3 August 2012, 14:01.Comment

How many of the 60 do you think were 'terrorised' into paying by the unscrupulous demands HMRC sent out, those no knowing that they were not alone in the fight against tyranny.Originally posted by DonkeyRhubarb View PostSuo Motu was 148.
