Standard response from David Gauke to my letter via James Arbuthnot.

Further donation made to fund the complaint against HMRC.

Many thanks to the NTRT team.

Gauke is truly vile, worse than Timms.

We are successful in negotiating favourable exit strategies should you become embroiled in a contentious HMRC tax investigation.

I'm sure they'll take your money. I'd say the better course of action is NTRT

I did undertake a quick search and could find no independent reviews of their work (i.e. other than the testimonials on their website). It seems they've only been trading since late 2009 and, if this is anything to go by look like they've recently been cleaned out by HMRC themselves.

Those cash at bank and net worth figures will be based on their last submitted accounts and are therefore neither relevant nor particularly current, but I have to agree with travellingknob - it's NTRT for me.

I am fully behind NTRT, just checking we have explored all possibilities

Can't argue with that - all options worth exploring at this stage I think.
