The hearing won't be listed under Pricewaterhouse but in the names of the appellants. PwC case details can be found here:

Is the MontP hearing on the 16 June? I'm thinking of booking the day off
and going to see justice in action. As someone said previously, I wonder
if providing an audience may help focus the judge's minds!

Yes, Tuesday 16th June. We don't have a time yet but first hearing is 10.30. If you check the night before, look for "Huitson vs HMRC".

You won't be alone, as several other people have already said they are going.

I think this might show some of the problems. Tax by "what we ment" not "what we said".

          Need your help again

The Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights has now agreed to carry out a review of the legislation based on the testimonies provided so far.

However, I still want to keep collecting further testimonies so we have as much evidence as possible to throw at HMRC.

If you are going to have difficulty paying the tax demand, can you PM or email me with a short summary of your circumstances, including:

          1) location (eg. Berkshire, London)
          2) nature of your work (eg. self-employed IT freelancer)
          3) approximate liability, separated into tax and interest
          4) why you can't afford to pay (eg. no savings, no equity in home)
          5) what, if anything, you could do to pay eg. sell your home, remortgage
          6) if bankruptcy would be the only option
          7) effects on your family, children, health etc.
          8) effect on your job/career eg. could you continue as a bankrupt?

          Hopefully you get the idea.

          Thanks
          DR

I have agreed to compile a report but we need as many individual examples as possible.

Emailed my MP at weekend about Timms being economical with the truth letter and HMRC settling with the other scheme promoter etc.

He mailed me today to say he'll take up all the points with Timms and reply asap.

As Im not in to such debt as others with HMRC, there's not much point me completing DR's latest info request but good luck all the same.
