I am getting increasingly concerned about the amount of newbies asking for details of the case and Montp's approach. I for one will not divulge any info, as we could quite easily without meaning too jeopardise their strategy by leaking it to Hector in disguise. Sorry guys if you PM me I wont answer, I just cant take the risk and you will in time anyway if you are real scheme users.Comment

actually I think thats good caution Smalldog, but to be fair, everyone has been harping on about lurkers contributing and here we are!
Last thing I want is to tip Hector off, but thought reliable people on this board may have been interested in an info exchange considering I managed to pin down my scheme providers for a face to face.
I actually found something critical out, that I believe a lot of people here havent considered.
But if its every person for themself, good luck to everyone, as the goal is the same.Comment

I am sure MontP realise that the contents of the Circular won't remain private forever. However, let's make sure that this forum is not the source of any leak.Comment

I understand "keeping ones powder dry" is an often cited argument, but in reality I think it is probably entirely futile. Often quite the reverse.
If the provider has something that is going to defeat the away side this will be disclosed well before hearing - giving ample chance for rebuttal. If the away team are aware of this earlier and it is a killer blow surely that is helpful ?
Just a slightly different view of course.Comment

Disclosure
I have been with Montp for 5 years. I have not received my letter from them yet but have requested an electronic copy.
If the letter is issued by a lawyer, acting in a legal capacity, eg a tax lawyer, then the content of the letter is likely to be classified as "privileged", a legal term whereby the content of client/attorney communications do not need to be disclosed to the opposition (hi Mr B).
