Hello to all,

I have also recently been reading this thread with interest over the last few weeks and fairplay to you all, as I have got a lot more info from here than from my damn service provider (not mp but same sort of thing).

They are as elusive and non-commuicative as MP sound, but got them to agree a face to face last week.

Newbie here, been using the MontP scheme for 4 years (and still am for the moment). The letters were apparently sent on 1st August so should be on our doormats very soon. I managed to get an electronic copy out of MontP today - made interesting reading but won't say anymore here as we all know you know who is watching...

I have information from MP, received via e-mail a couple of hours ago. They advise that hard copies will be dispatched in the next few days.

I have been reading this for a while.
Waiting for the news like everyone else.

Reading all the 'told you so' posters, such as our learned colleagues Mal & Gooner jumping up and down about this and that, it doesn't read like they have studied the law. Thankfully, this will eventually be decided by the courts and not them (nor Mr B), despite what they write.

I received my letter from MP this morning...3 page 'Note of Advice' plus covering letter...I haven't read it yet as there is a lot of detail to digest...more later...
