Brillo, what time do you want to meet up. Lunchtime (1:00 any good?)

Sorry but at the moment I am just meeting with those I have worked with.

There was some talk about having a general meeting of those involved - though one occured a few months ago (think about 10 of them) and they just talked themselves into a frenzy!

We need to wait until we have a very positive agenda - this thread can be quite emotive(BP in state the obvious mode).

Fair enough. See you in court maybe. I'll go through the thread again and see if I can correctly identify those in attendance.

Indeed, I was in the scheme from the very beginning for 6 years. All my early posts regarding the scheme were met with very little responses so assumed not too many people on here used it.

I don't think all the name calling is really helping things, especially levelling person threats towards Mr B.

I agree , much as I despise the 'best civil service in the world' (dream on Brannigan and cohorts, those days are over, make no mistake you are the bad guys in all this), I'm actually getting a bit worried someone will actually do something. I was all for ads in The Times and protests outside SCO offices but got a distinctly frosty response and so gave up, I'd be up for a F4J style hit if thats what the plan is, but personal threats, no.

on a very very serious note I wonder how much blood HMRC will have on their hands over this? Statistically speaking its completely plausible that someone somewhere will do something drastic if there are circa 3000 people who will get stung, and badly....

Im really not convinced HMRC have thought through the possible impacts on the people they are targetting...One of his debts was a tax debt....ok huge but its all relative on how manageable it is.

I dont think HMRC are bothered if someone hangs themselves from a tree.
The govt. might be bothered if they got really bad publicity.

Since when was this Govt. bothered about bad publicity? Remember Dr Kelly? Maybe Tony Blair was the assassin . There was no remorse even after the event.

It would be better if this Govt focused on repairing the economy they have destroyed to the detriment of every UK resident rather than trying to disciminatorily destroy the lives of a few.
