There was some talk about having a general meeting of those involved - though one occured a few months ago (think about 10 of them) and they just talked themselves into a frenzy!
We need to wait until we have a very positive agenda - this thread can be quite emotive(BP in state the obvious mode).Comment

Fair enough. See you in court maybe. I'll go through the thread again and see if I can correctly identify those in attendance.

on a very very serious note I wonder how much blood HMRC will have on their hands over this? Statistically speaking its completely plausible that someone somewhere will do something drastic if there are circa 3000 people who will get stung, and badly....

Im really not convinced HMRC have thought through the possible impacts on the people they are targetting...One of his debts was a tax debt....ok huge but its all relative on how manageable it is.Last edited by smalldog; 2 September 2008, 16:09.Comment

The govt. might be bothered if they got really bad publicity.. There was no remorse even after the event.
It would be better if this Govt focused on repairing the economy they have destroyed to the detriment of every UK resident rather than trying to disciminatorily destroy the lives of a few.Join the No To Retro Tax Campaign Now
