Hi all,
s'pose I should also introduce myself since ive been lurking on this forum and indeed mainly this thread since doomsday (March 12th or so)
I have only been with MontP since last last year and so luckily was not around when Hector started poking around and sending you lot letters etc. I still have around 6 months before I need to submit last years tax return that will reflect my MontP\ trust income situation so am lucky in that I can still change things depending on how the next few months go.
I am still with montP but havent been notified of any scheme change as of yet.
I also havent bothered hassling MontP either since I recon they're pretty busy getting ready to kick butt, and also probably (and rightly so) are spending more time attending to a lot of you that were caught up in 05\06 or whenever.
I will give them (MontP) another few weeks and if still no comms I will start hassling for info. My only concerns will really be whether to change tact on last years TR, and to get the just of how the new scheme works
all for now

ps: and as is custom these days

Good to meet so many new friends today!
Well done to the lurkers for "coming out" - hopefully this will encourage more.
The thing that impresses me the most is how bullish most people are about montp!
Sorry about the high security - there are still still trolls/hmrc lurking out there.
When we win we will have a big party - and Mr Brannigan (helloo :wave) will be invited for a glass of bubbly.

Be interested to know what most peoples expectations are in regards to how long they think in terms of time, this will take to resolve.
I'm thinking years here, especially if high / European courts are involved.
Answers on a postcard. . . .
