See - still a minority. The VAST majority of people don't think it's too aggressive or immature etc.

That's not necessarily true. Out of those 532507 people, how many are still active users who haven't been driven off by the immature behaviour of the other posters? I know I'm only a newbie on here but I've already seen a number of posts which really weren't called for. It's disgraceful.

I'm assuming they must run a technical role and work solo, I could never imagine they fit into any kind of management/group role or structure.. perhaps in this instance it doesn't matter to them (unfortunately for us all who have to suffer their behavior problem here on CUK).

Sorry, I can't let that pass. You know why you were given a two day ban and what you have said here is not it. Quite the reverse in fact, but I'm not posting the original details on here. You also know what you have to do to get the ban rescinded at any time. If you want to debate that, you're still a PCG member so take it over there.

There's been plenty of people complaining about the PCG's attitude toward dissent.

What's more you weren't privvy to the abusive PMs I received, not that it's any of your business. I also don't appreciate being made out to be a liar.

If there were more Kevin Stearns on here, meddling with peoples' posts in the way that he does on PCG, then you would have been given a ban on here for the rude way you talk down to people.

That's one of the reasons I put up this thread. To get people to think about how they come across. The last thing I would want to see is an overmoderated forum like you get on the PCG of which you are obviously a fan.
