May be all the compo claims does not look right how long it took to tell us. The new company is called SELLCO which looks an odd name.

May be all the compo claims lol in my case they had no reason to hold the personal data so long which on its own is a breach of GDPR, then the length of time it took to tell me etc. The new company is called SELLCO which looks an odd name.

Just been bought by Alcentra which are a Private and alternative debt market house. I reckon they will disappear without trace soon.

Hi there, long time lurker, newly registered poster. Just joined to express my frustration at this too. I'm no longer contracting in the UK, and my last contact with NW was back in August 2021, but now they tell me I've been hit by a data breach that exposed very serious data, and *months* after the fact. And they provided an experian code that doesn't even work.

I used them for about 9 years, and over that period things definitely went downhill, but this takes the biscuit.

Breaches happen, it would be nice if they didn't, but they do in this day and age. But you notify people immediately so they can take informed action, you don't give a half-arsed apology and a broken code almost a year later!

Only the dregs who can't get another job will remain. That's why these firms can't provide a half decent service any more. We all know that the best people are the first to bail out and are often poached anyway once the writing is on the wall.
