Good call to keep this forum going. I discovered NTRT through this forum via Google to see if I could find any other sources of information about this appalling DTA issue because I have found it really hard to speak with anyone for about 12 months at MP and get anything sensible out of them.

By keeping this forum open, you may well find other consultants out in the cold like I was, and get them over the NTRT to further the cause.

Hoping to see you all on the other side when I get confirmation!

So HRMC have written to me saying they hope to review my MTM templated APN withdrawal letter by 11 August. No mention if 05/06 APN due on 6th July is now on hold or if I should still pay?

Guess I'll need to ring them and confirm but would you trust someone's opinion on the end of the phone when there is a 5% penalty riding on it? Anyone managed to get written confirmation their APN is on hold?

Do we know is it just the mtmt later years letters that are getting the immediate no good response or is it both sets ?

sorry, i didnt mean that - i meant for those years are both the MTM and the NTRT letters gettign knocked back immediately or is it just the MTM ones and the NTRT onse for those years are semming to be accepted

We haven't had any feedback from anyone who has used the NTRT ones.
