I got an email saying problems with my user id. Which is weird because I included it on all the setup, and pretty sure I wrote on the docs I sent snail mail to CCW.

It's a fair bit of cross-referencing and I can see this running into the weekend.

havent seen the letter yet and wont till get home tonoght (at earliest) is it good, bad or indifferent ... ie would it appear to have substance
