Paperwork and private forum access
I'll be back in the UK in a little over a week so it'll be at least 10 days before I can get my paperwork to you. So I wont have access to the private forum until at least then. I will keep reading this forum until then. See you later on !Comment

For information, as there seems to be a band wagon starting up outside of the activity you guys are undertaking.
Got this in my email this morning.
XXX provides information, support and guidance to
contractors and freelancers that are the subject of HMRC investigations due
to the use of tax mitigating structures or who have received tax demands in
connection with the use of such structures.
Have you worked as a freelancer, contractor or via your own Limited Company
in the past?
Have you received correspondence from HMRC regarding the use of a
contractor loan scheme?
Have you received a tax demand from HMRC relating to the use of a
contractor loan scheme?
Have you used a ‘contractor loan scheme’ in the past and are concerned
about the current wave of HMRC investigations?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions and are looking for
someone to provide support and guide you through the investigation and/or
appeal process then XXX can help you to understand all of
the possible options available to you.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us for a FREE review of your current
position.
Why do I need XXX?
The UK tax landscape and legislative environment has become increasingly
complex over the past two years and the number of tax enquiries opened by
HMRC into contractors’ tax affairs has more than doubled in the past 12
months.
HMRC tax yield targets have been significantly increased for 2015 and as a
result additional powers were awarded to HMRC in July 2014, enabling them
to collect “tax in dispute” upfront within 90 days of a demand being
issued.
When you’re a busy contractor, likely working away from home for most of
the week, receiving communication from HMRC about a historical tax
avoidance scheme can be a daunting and confusing experience. Knowing what
is driving questions from HMRC can be key to securing the best possible
outcome.
You may be able to contact the promoter of the scheme(s) in question for
support. Many promoters, however, no longer exist.
That is where XXX can help you.
Please visit www. xxx .co.uk for more information on how we
can help or contact us in strict confidence to discuss your concerns."Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment
