Nope, any representation to the FtTT to be a long drawn out affair nor will it delay payment of an APN. For APN payment to be stood over we need MontP to submit a JR prior to the due date.

BUT if you had a ctd you would still use it as a JR would not stop the penalty being added but using the CTD would

Correct, my mistake, missed the part about CTD when I read the original post. Assuming you have enough in a squirreled away in a CTD you can use that to settle the APN.

and in fact i should have said a JR MAY NOT stop the penalties but a CTD defo will ... as lets be honest no one really knows what the situation is with penalities and JRs ..... its all conjecture and supposition
