      Thought

I hope you don't mind me posting on your thread as it doesn't directly effect me as I'm from the EBT loan world... But I follow your discussions out of interest.

I would like to think that if you managed to get 0%, as a group you would club together and help George by paying something towards his 50%

Anyway I really hope this works out well for you so you can all put an end to your nightmare

            Rock on NTRT

After 5 brutal years of keeping things to myself and the unexplained mood swings that resulted, I decided to brave all last month and come clean with the other half. More practical than I thought. Over that hurdle now although not over the main event of paying the bill. House up for sale next month. The inevitabilty of it all.

Backing NTRT is the only way out of this mess, even if it's just a reduction.

More pounds in the NTRT pot today. Thanks for the lifeline that it is.

            Cheers, TGE

It's a heavy burden to carry on your own, glad you could finally share with a loved one.

I've been lucky enough that my wife has been a rock through this whole debacle. I know some who aren't that lucky.

Good luck with the house sale and many thanks for your donation.

And me but I wonder how what I think this refers to affects those of us who now live abroad.

I think it's best if everyone waits to read the letter from our advisors CCW to HMRC.

This goes into it all in great detail, and the detail is important.

                      (1) why the contractor is not liable to tax & nic
                      (2) who is liable
                      (3) why HMRC are out of time to collect anything off anyone
