It makes me nervous - they could come back and say "thats not what we meant, why didn't you pay by the due date?" But I'm assured by others on this forum in the same boat.
For anyone planning on re-mortgaging to pay their APN, I was very surprised to be refused a re-mortgage. I'd forgotten how difficult mortgages are for contractors. I should have saved into a CTD or ISA rather than paying off my mortgage at a faster pace - they dont like giving you your over payments back!Comment
