Hi, Has anyone had dealings with the umbrella Co Focus Contractors Ltd? Weekly payments comprise PAYE & Growth Shares Payments, with Capital Gains Tax deducted for shares. Net return around 78% . It doesn't seem their payment scheme is disguised remuneration as tax is declared. Any advice in terms of possible tax liability would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Nick, welcome to the forum.Originally posted by NickP View PostGrowth Shares Payments,
AVOID anyone that is offering something other than PAYE. When they start to have to explain, or drip feed "payments" in various ways, chances are they are either doing something they know is going to get you in trouble, or they suspect it will get you in trouble, but they will make sure that you are responsible.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

Ask them to indemnify you for any future HMRC claim against you that all "tax is declared" and see what they say.Originally posted by NickP View PostHi, Has anyone had dealings with the umbrella Co Focus Contractors Ltd? Have they given you an illustration showing how "tax is declared"?Comment
