Can't you just get an Apple keyboard for the previous generation? Apple still sell at least one Intel Mac with that keyboard.

I have one that came with my iMac just before they went M1 and never took out of the box. Not sure if it is cable-only as I never opened it. Since you say money is no object...

Beware it can get addictive, I had four in the collection but like watches you can only wear one at once, I sold them.

I was having this chat with a cousin and friend a few weeks ago, they both love clacky keyboard. I hate it. Give me a nice silent laptop keyboard over a big loud one any day.

You can have a quiet mechanical keyboard - just use Cherry Red switches.
