There isn't one - all others pale in comparison. Just pay for it, it's pennies and what you get for the money is excellent - brand new version of office, full Exchange etc.

Google it. It's not exactly difficult, but yes PST is the best way to migrate email for one user.

For £265py you get Visio (at least that’s what I did).

I’ve gone back to £59 and Enterprise Architect for process analysis but I’m still looking for a Visio alternative for noddy diagrams. I’ll probably go back to Dia.
