I am ok stealing a few pens from a ClientCo but would be a bit unsure about stealing a toner and drum set!Originally posted by SteelyDan View PostSo what's a limited co stationery budget for? Duh!
Oh did you mean you're own LtdCo? You do realise that you are still spending "your own" money in one form or another!Originally posted by Stevie Wonder BoyI can't see any way to do it can you please advise?

Of course I realise that, but my printer is an essential company asset; if it needs toner, etc, then I buy toner, ffsClarity is everythingComment

Don't be a knob: who mentioned anything about printing 'that amount of stuff'. It's a printer; live with the fact that people do have them and replace toner as and when required out of co expenses.Originally posted by d000hg View PostWhat kind of 1995 operation are you running that you need to print that amount of stuff?!Clarity is everythingComment

Of course, but in my case I didn't need a colour laser that badly. My 10 year-old inkjet is still going strong and is ok for the occasional colour thingyOriginally posted by SteelyDan View Postif it needs toner, etc, then I buy toner, ffsComment

Give me a DeskJet 990 anyday...
When I started my first job was to clean out the inkwells on an 840, for VIPs we'd give them a 950 if they were luckyOriginally posted by Stevie Wonder BoyI can't see any way to do it can you please advise?

A laser printer suggests a higher volume of printing. What part of your business requires you have a laser printer... just because you plug it into your PC doesn't make it a business cost.Originally posted by SteelyDan View PostDon't be a knob: who mentioned anything about printing 'that amount of stuff'. My business needs a laser printer because inkjet prints of pages of text (CV's, proposals, contracts etc) look tulip. To me, laser printing is the absolute standard now and I like them because the toner will sit there for ages and be absolutely fine when I have to print something.Originally posted by d000hg View PostA laser printer suggests a higher volume of printing. I didn't even own a printer prior to going contracting.Comment
