Apparently the effects only last for 2 minutes. Not good value for money. Injecting yourself with a bit of Harpic is better.

The Met police have already been filmed stopping black cyclists in MAMIL gear accusing them of smelling of cannabis, so I expect them to stop such cyclists for having bike pumps...
