I guess you need to throw a new statement in to the mix. Pissed off Meta employees probably have your email and private phone number as well. There are going to be a lot of pissed off employees who I'd imagine will quite happily take as much data as they can with them.

Of course Meta/facebook has my details .... I log on with my email address and I use my mobile number as 2 factor authentication if there is a log on from a device I've not used before.
What I have done is turn off people who have my phone number being able to find me on Facebook ... that is a bit scary. I was on a dating app earlier this year. Chatted to a few lovely lasses, exchanged numbers for WhatsApp chatting.
Anyway, as these were now in my contacts list, their Facebook profiles were popping up as 'someone you might know'. Had I been a stalker then that's not great security for those girls. People really do need to change that setting on facebook to protect themselves!
