    Had to laugh when I suggested a few years ago using AI to read handwriting in near real time and my then employer paid extra to send it abroad despite it taking 48 hours with time critical stuff. Some people just love offshoring.

    Actually I will probably be bringing data and jobs back.

    More training, more money etc.

    Picked out of a number of job offers I received from mainly consultancies, so employers aren't that fussy!

    As I arrived back to find 2 of my colleagues have resigned over XMAS I'm hardly a trendsetter.
