Here's a bit of good news, that I don't think anyone's shared here yet. Yesterday the government announced that you can claim 55p/mile (for a car):
Travel — mileage and fuel rates and allowances - GOV.UK
That's backdated to 6th April, i.e. the start of the current financial year.

Yeah, I had the same thought. Maybe there's a situation where they could be different, e.g. with a parent company? But I suspect it's just a badly designed form!...

If you're an IPSE member and you haven't had any emails from them recently, it's worth checking your spam folder. Basically, the DKIM signature in the email headers doesn't match their DNS records, which means that the DMARC check fails, and the DMARC action is "Quarantine". I've emailed them...

You say "nobody", but there are some people (including some Reform voters) who are absolutely against those things. E.g. I've spoken to elderly relatives (Boomer generation) who don't view black people as being properly British, regardless of what job they do.
