In terms of finances, it will depend what happens after 3 months. E.g. are you going back to perm? Going through an umbrella? Continuing to work through your own company?
It also depends what costs are associated with the company. In particular, you'll basically need to pay accountancy...

I wouldn't class £382/day as low, especially if you're working through a limited company. However, that's subjective.
I'm surprised that they've given you the option of being a sole trader. Just be aware that a limited company means limited liability, i.e. you won't personally go bankrupt...

Working at elections
If you're on the bench, and there are local elections in your area, it might be worth helping out. (Ditto for the general election later this year.) The polling clerks sit at the polling station during the day, and the count assistants do a night shift after the polls have closed. These are all paid...

I'm inside at the moment. The umbrella company (DASA) have never asked about my hours, but the agency (Hays) have an extra row for that in the timesheet. I think that's mainly been to cover them under the working time regulations (i.e. making sure that I don't exceed 48 hours/week unless I've opted...

Thinking about the "3 pillars" of IR35 (MoO, RoS, D&C), I don't think that "no prospect of renewal" is relevant to any of them. Are they basically saying "You won't be around for long, so we'll risk it?"
As NLUK said, this seems weird. If...

If I saw a contract with that clause, I wouldn't sign it.
In a wider sense, "signing" and "not signing" are both legitimate options. However, "signing under protest" seems a bit pointless. It wouldn't surprise me if they sent the contract back and said "we...

It's "Outside IR35 Roles", and I think you're right about the scraping. E.g. this role says:
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 Base Salary plus bonus and benefits
Workday Senior HRIS Specialist - Outside IR35 Roles Limited
That doesn't sound like an outside contract to me...

That's why I'm dubious about the logic of "tailor your CV for each application". Suppose that I see an advert for a Cisco role, so I add extra detail to my CV about my Cisco experience and chop out all the bits about other switches/firewalls to make space (keeping to a 2 page limit). If the...

For anyone who looked at that URL and thought "nope!", it's an article which refers to "a recent IPSE survey". So, probably better to go directly to the source:
One in 10 contractors out of work due to controversial tax changes | IPSE
Key points:...

I think it depends on how company A operates. E.g. are they another agency or a consultancy?

Your best chance would be something like this:
You got the contract role - can you start in 4 months? - Contractor UK Bulletin Board
Aside from that, it's worth checking your employment contract. Are you allowed to do a second job? Do you need to notify them? E.g. you might need to...
