One interesting paragraph from the decision is paragraph 17(22): "HMRC had issued, on 13 May 2024, a joint and several liability notice to Mr Beeken, against which he appealed". Mr Beeken seems to be resident in the Isle of Man at the moment, so who knows whether HMRC will ever get any cash....
