Me too! What a waste of time that was.
They also decided to switch the intro programming course from C++ to Pascal because "our job is to teach you, not provide skills that industry requires".
Did the final project in C++ anyway....

£900 umbrella is an excellent rate, particularly given the recent market conditions.
You could put the max £60k in your pension and still be complaining about having to pay the cliff edge 62% tax between £100-125k....

This isn't just contracting, it's the whole UK economy. Incomes stagnating since 2008 due to our terrible productivity.
We still get paid a lot more than most people.
