Just to add, if (and it's a big if) they did try and issue SD's etc, remember that assuming an individual has already disputed any debt exists at ANY point in the past in writing, and can evidence this, then this would very likely be classed as vexatious litigation, which courts take a very dim view...

I wonder (without anything to base it on at all) whether Trethowans are trying to distance themselves from all of this.
That's approaching two months now since those letters were sent out. I'd like to think they've been spooked by events, but the cynic in me doesn't think that's likely....
