Yes it does. This company is almost certainly a thinly capitalised special purpose vehicle for buying the loan book and trying to recover the alleged debt.
Looking in the Notes to the financial statement for 2025, the sudden £2.7m increase in Stocks is most likely the value of the loan...

This is a bit of a non-story. If you have sufficient access to an account on Windows to read memory in Edge, you can pretty much already do whatever you want with that user's account and data anyway.

A key problem with this is that, as I mentioned earlier, our population is rapidly becoming top-heavy in age and longevity. This is bad in both financial terms - retired citizens will generally pay far less tax than the working population but will require far more use of health and welfare services...
