    If I pour Ferric Chloride (etchant) all over someone's car, do you think I'll get caught?

    Depends, if you do it whilst speeding or being improperly parked I'd say it's a certainty.

          Ferric Chloride works better than brake fluid. It eats the paint and oxidises the steel underneath to the point you have to replace the panels.

                Potassium permanganate ain't bad. Really horrible brown stain that cannot be removed.

                    Get a wheel brace from the boot, pop open the petrol cap and put in 500gms of sugar. That should seize the engine nicely unless it's a diesel. If he's parked on his drive you can pour gloss paint on his brick paved driveway for the piece de resistance.
