I would never have joined the Armed Forces, as it is full of idiot who had no other choice in life. I chose to stay in education, and then to go through life enjoying myself as I built a choice for myself to do so. I call giving myself the ability to avoid flying bullets as part of a vocational choice as being a bit on the bright side, and conversely, I don't think the ones who chose that were too intelligent.
